you should backup /dev/nvme0n1p4 (Windows recovery), save the disk layout (fdisk -l...) and maybe save your boot sector too (don't know if this relevant for UEFI) esp. if you got a function key (F2, F?, ..) during boot to recover you disk/windows. think of the case if you want to sell the laptop in some years or recover a somehow damaged windows (Virus, broken disk, ...)
The easiest method is to use the Windows recovery option to create a recovery image on a USB drive.
