Hi, I'm relatively familiar with traffic shaping using qdisc, but I don't know where this came from or how to clear it. I don't plan on using traffic shaping on this host and would like to just to clear it. It affects my bmon network and bandwidth monitoring. This is a fedora29 system. Where is this configured? Any ideas greatly appreciated.
