Well, I think they want you to add it to the "Wishlist" https://rpmfusion.org/Wishlist as
I've previously mentioned.  If you too the time to go to that page you'd see....

"Use this page to post a request for a packages that can't go to Fedora but would be nice
to have in the RPM Fusion repository"

But, of course, editing it may be an issue if you don't have a valid login.  And, that is
one of the questions you've previously raised and for which I've asked about on the user's
list.  If you've signed up, you'd see that in the archives.

Just like Fedora, I prefer not to use the HyperKitty web interface.
