According to /var/log/messages, systemd thinks the system is going down for a shutdown or reboot:

Apr  8 08:38:12 monster systemd[52873]: Starting Exit the Session…
Apr 8 08:38:12 monster systemd[52873]: Received SIGRTMIN+24 from PID 52890 (kill).
Apr  8 08:38:12 monster systemd[1]: Stopped User Manager for UID 0.

That was completely made up:

greping /var/log/messages, this is spammed every few minutes:

What in blazes is it doing?
