You can download Firefox ESR 52. I think that was the last one to
support the plugin. Otherwise, you can still use the SeaMonkey
that's available in Fedora. However, you will still need to get the
plugin. I use the icedtea-web package from F26 (I think) which was
the last one to include the plugin.
Well, it did not work. Not soo supprising. I am going to have to
use my connections into HP to find out what I can do. Other than
continue to telnet in and use the VT100 style menu function as I have
for the past 10+ years! :)
Just thought I might try the web interface. Like I have nothing else
to do.
What did you do? I am definitely using this at work, so I know it
does work. The required icedtea-web package might actually be from
F25. If you still can't get it, I'll check on my work computer to
see. If you list the installed files from the packages, you should
see a .so file in there somewhere.
I tested it on an older laptop running F24.
The target is an HP Procurve 2524 with the 'latest' firmware, 5/2015.
Actually a great, cheap, VLAN capable switch. If 100Mb is good enough
for you, pull the fan and it runs at 2dB and you can have it on your
desk for testing all your vlans...
Fan is only needed if you have installed the fiber interface.
