Problem: package gstreamer1-plugins-ugly-1.14.4-2.fc29.x86_64 requires
libx264.so.155()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
It would be more useful if you included the rest of the dnf output. You
could try adding "-x gstreamer1-plugins-ugly" to first update the rest
of the packages to reduce the output.
