dnf updates are not picking up kernel-4.19.2. My current kernel is

I've tried a "dnf clear all", followed by a "dnf update", but it doesn't
find anything new (at least the new kernel).

Any ideas?

Wait. There are many mirrors, and your mirror probably didn't pick it up yet. I'm seeing the update, I rsync the updates to my LAN from the same mirror, nightly, and update everything on my LAN from my internal mirror, and I only rsync-ed the 4.19.2 last night.

You'll see the update tomorrow, or in a day or two.
