Plymouth startup fails on newly upgraded (F28->F29) system. Last
console message says something like "starting Plymouth login screen."
Then nothing. (F28 was running fine.)
journalctl shows:

Presumably, the installed Nouveau driver
(xorg-x11-drv-nouveau-1.0.15-6.fc29.x86_64) isn't working here. There
are no Nvidia-specific drivers installed.
