system-upgrade, and i didn't expect to see syslog-ng there, so i'm
thinking that, once upon a time, i installed it perhaps to check it
out, and just forgot about it. i'm also going to assume i can get rid
of it with no adverse effects, since rsyslog + journald should be
sufficient.
