When I was running F28 (and earlier versions) I was able to right click

background, I have to go to the tweak tool and specifically choose a
graphic image to set as the background.
Is this the new expected behavior or did something change that now needs
to be reset?
I see that the set background option in Firefox is there in F28, but not
F29. I never did see a real use for that though.
However, the change background option by clicking on the desktop is
still there in F29 when using Gnome with both X and Wayland.
