They should be in /usr/lib64/thunderbird/distribution/extensions not the directory
you're pointing to.
[egreshko@acer extensions]$ uname -r
4.18.16-300.fc29.x86_64
[egreshko@acer extensions]$ rpm -q thunderbird
thunderbird-60.2.1-2.fc29.x86_64
