Are you using an IPSec VPN with StrongSwan capabilities?  I'm guessing "no".  Since if you
were, you'd know it.

So, you don't "need" it. 

Even if you did, you'd just wait until the problem was sorted by the Fedora folks and the
update will eventually work.
