What are the differences between systemd and non-systemd Linux distros?
This not really a Fedora related question. The difference is whether they use systemd for the init process or initd or upstart or something else.
Is systemd implemented in all the latest Linux distros?
You would have to check those distros. I believe most of the popular distros have switched to systemd now.
