Yes
I doubt changing WAN IP would make a difference. The only IP address that
bugzilla.redhat.com seems to resolve to is
209.132.183.69.
My WAN IP, Not theirs.
And, while not ideal, you could create a new account using a gmail or other free
email account.
That will be my next step.
