KDE update widget showing 2433 updates

Hello,

Just recently my KDE update widget starting showing that I have 2433 updates available.  When I look at the versions of the available updates, it shows me the same versions that are currently installed on my system.  Also, running "dnf upgrade" is only showing several updates and not the 2433.

What would cause this?  I'm assuming that the cache that the widget uses is somehow empty or corrupt.  Is there a way to correct this?  I'm a little hesitant on just letting the widget install or try to install the 2433 updates.

My system is up to date running Plasma version 5.13.4 and KDE Frameworks 5.48.0.

Thanks for any help provided.
