Right now I have a system that is failing.  The drive is fine.  I want
to put the drive into an identical notebook.  But of course it is really
not identical.  It does not have the same UEFI information.

I would need a tool that would get me the information from the dying
system's UEFI store. 


Just the drive in and boot. If it's the only drive, the firmware will find the EFI system partition, and EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI which is shim.efi, which will work with fall fallback.efi, to create a new Fedora Boot entry in NVRAM that points to EFI/fedora/shim.efi 

So it fixes itself, if it's the only drive.
