If you want a gui, then install nm-connection-editor. That lets you add extra static addresses to an interface or wifi connection.

For the command line, use "ip addr".
ip addr add 192.168.1.10/24 dev eth0
ip addr del 192.168.1.10/24

Replace eth0 with the appropriate device name.
