in /etc/pam.d/sddm-greeter check to see if you have the line....

session               optional pam_elogind.so

if so, comment it out.  As far as I know pam_elogind.so is not distributed with Fedora.

I believe an alternative to commenting it out is to change the line to be.

-session                optional pam_elogind.so
