For now, none of the Fedora software can open this file. I have try to use Evince, Okular, xournal, LibreOffice, Gimp, calibre, inkscape, firefox, and some other O.S. apps but none open this file Only FoxitReader and Acrobat on windows open that file, but this software is Close Source and cannot use on My Linux.
