And finally, I don't have that software installed, maybe you can install pavucontrol (pulse audio volume control) and then while audio is playing check on the "playback" tab (applications) to make sure the proper device is being selected for the "teamviewer" application. -- Conjecture is just a conclusion based on incomplete information.
