So, partition the second drive, create a mountpoint on the server for
the second drive and mount it there. For example:

    Yes, I was able to do this in the
        server but I would like to be able to mount the server from this computer and see the resulting backup copy, actually list the
        files, etc. and have confidence the backup is working. It
        probably isn't necessary but I'd like to do it as a check.
