I only have a single ethernet interface with the name enp0s3 and it is set to receive
both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses automatically.

I've never configured additional LAN profiles since I have only one interface.  Not
sure what the value in that would be.

I noticed in your screenshots the "networking icon" seems to be missing.  I have one
to the right of the language chooser.
