Well, port 80 is used for an http server. And "Connessione rifiutata" = "Connection refused" and "Connection refused" indicates there is no program listening on that port. Are you running httpd? systemctl status httpd -- Conjecture is just a conclusion based on incomplete information. It isn't a fact.
