Sorry.  I only stated it in the subject line.  Mounting my Android smartphone on my new F28 install.

Again, not clear what you're trying to do. If you expect automounting
of MTP devices, you'd probably need to log out and back in, at least.

power cycled.  That did it.  After a bit of time showing the Verizon drive, it does switch to mounting the whole file system.

All is good on this one,
