I have used DO on a few occasions, most recently to do the video processing for a live video stream. I have also used it for some package building and website testing. The setup is nice and the prices seems to be reasonable.
I have an account with scaleway, but I haven't setup any servers there yet. I considered using them for the video but ended up staying with DO. I was more interested in their ARM offerings, but haven't got around to doing anything with that yet.
