Let me add that I am using Fedora 28.

Looks like that package needs to get rebuilt. libgfortran-8.0.1-0.20.fc28.x86_64 provides libgfortran.so.5, so R-mvtnorm needs to get rebuilt. Create a bug against R-mvtnorm.
