Fedora 28 Firefox does not. Yes, it does. I thought of a reason why this might be true. I had been running a version of rawhide that was updated for many releases, and decided to stop at F28. I probably carried over into F28 from those earlier releases whatever is causing your problem, especially if yours was a new install.
