Sharing USB Serial data with 2 processes ?

Hi.

I've got a USB serial device that supplies data to a process via /dev/ttyUSB0.  

I need to use the same data for a 2nd, independent process.  I have code for both processes and can make changes, but I would prefer not to. 

Is there a way that both processes can use the same serial USB data stream ?
