After I sent this I checked the date, and this is a very old package.
It still works, though.  You can probably go here, 
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=5070
and get the last version that successfully compiled.  Then install it
using 
dnf -C install fbreader-[version, etc.]
