What do you mean? It's in updates-testing and once it's considered to
be tested sufficiently, it will get pushed out for general use. Feel
free to update to it and provide a comment on the update to help speed
up the process.
If you want to give an update in testing karma (good or bad) here's
where to do it: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/ You'll need to
register, of course, and comments are appreciated, especially if you're
giving negative karma, so that the people working on it know what's wrong.
