On my Android tablet I use a contract bridge app to practice against robots. On my Fedora 26 desktop I've installed an instance of Android as a VirtualBox guest OS for just the same game app. I'd like to install the game app on my Fedora 27, 8 yr old laptop. It is much lower performance than my desktop but VBox is the only virtualization technique with which I am familiar. Would some other vt be more appropriate for this use case? Perhaps some android docker container in which I could install the bridge app? I'd love to be able to click one icon and bring up the bridge app directly rather that the multiple steps needed on my desktop VBox instance. Network connectivity would be limited to android or app updates. Thanks for your comments, Jon -- Jon H.
