Indeed.  I usually also find that if the answer comes to me,
it's only _after_ I ask for help. :)

Excellent!  Having a patch attached makes any bug report
better.

If you want to look at the package source in git, you can
use the fedpkg tool to clone it and generate a patch.  For
browsing the package source without cloning it, there is
also:

    https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/system-config-kickstart
