No, except that this RPM as dependencies, ex to wl-kmod >= 6.30.223.27

You will thus need at least to get also: akmod-wl, maybe also kmod-wl,
akmods ... then call: dnf install ALL_OF_THEM

It would be simpler to connect the machine to internet and then to let
dnf resolve those dependencies.

Thanx for the heads up.
I will be downloading those rpms and copying them to the thumb drive
which I will connect to the machine in question.
Will get back to y'all after I do this.
