Using another machine, I went to: http://linuxwireless.sipsolutions.net/en/users/Drivers/b43/#Fedora I downloaded the b43-fwcutter-019-10.fc27.x86_64.rpm but it does not contain the firmware. The broadcom website https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/users/drivers/brcm80211 claims to support bcm4322X (where X is 4, 5, 7 ....etc). And from URL https://kernel.googlesource.com/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/+/7f93c9deb484c0a8f4cf59780e77dc7b0c14abe3 I downloaded brcm/brcmfmac4373-sdio.bin brcm/brcmfmac4373.bin so I guess, I have to put those firmware files in /lib/firmware. But I am just not sure if this will let the OS find my wifi. If anyone has this legacy broadcom wifi chip (BCM4322) and got it running, please help. _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
