That's the way autofs works for such an indirect map by default. This
may ne changed: see man auto.master, look for browse.

Try to suppress the ,defaults option in /etc/auto.master

then restart autofs, but that will fail also. See below.

This shows that Gnome is still mounting itself the partitions of this
disk (using their labels).
autofs will fail to mount those partitions if they are already
mounted.
Try to find how to setup Gnome to *not* mount them (I have no idea).
