So, when I read the man page for dnf.conf and see....

       excludepkgs
              list

              Exclude packages of this repository, specified by a name or a glob
              and  separated  by  a comma, from all operations.  Can be disabled
              using --disableexcludes command line switch.

I guess they weren't incorrect.  Seems like a good job of parsing to me and
"correcting" me wasn't necessary.  :-) :-)
