My cron job to download updates didn't appear to be working, so I ran dnf-automatic manually and it said it was downloading a bunch of packages. So far, so good. Then I ran dnf -y update And it downloaded the same packages again in order to install them. What the heck is going on here? This always worked previously. My dnf update would find the cached packages dnf-automatic had downloaded at night in cron. This seems to have started fairly recently.
