That's because you can't put vorbis or opus audio into an mp4 file.
Run "youtube-dl -F youtube.url" to get the list of available formats.
Then run "youtube-dl -f videonumber+audionumber youtube.url".
The videonumber should have extension "mp4" and mention "avc1".
The audionumber should have extension "m4a" and mention "mp4a".
