Hello,
I don't know if this is related on one of my machines, kernel-core-4.13.5-100.fc25.x86_64 update causes grubby to suck 16GB of RAM(all the RAM available) and fails.
When looking /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg is see a lot "=" chars at the end making the file huge and wrong...
regenerating the file with grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg and re-installing kernel seems to work.
Best regards,
Alexis.
