Communication between Topfield PVR and Fedora 26 ?

Hi all,

Question : I have a Topfield 5000 PVR Satallite Reciever equiped with a  
160 mB hard disk.

           Is there a posibillity to communicate between the contains of  
the HD (movies etc.) and Fedora 26 ?
