If you download the source code for calligra and go into the "flow" directory they talk about "Kivio" and not calligra-flow. So, is it possible that "flow" has been superseded by koffice-kivio-3:1.6.3-47.fc26.x86_64 : A flowcharting application -- Fedora Users List - The place to go to speculate endlessly
