Please make DeltaRPM for all minor and revision versions of a Firefox release

Hello, size of Firefox package in Fedora/CentOS is double (89M)
compared with another Linux distros, this is very huge, currently
DeltaRPM for Firefox is available only from last update to current
update! this means if the user don't/can't update the Firefox for only
one time, he needs to download huge data, this costs bandwidth and
traffic use for both the client and the repository provider this is an
acute problem, because Firefox rapid release which Fedora only offers
it, has very fast updates.

I beg you provide DeltaRPM for all minor and revision versions of
Firefox within one release, or provide Firefox ESR instead, I have
currently Firefox 54.0-2 and there is a available update for 54.0.1-1,
and if I want to keep the Firefox up-to-date I must download a very
huge package (89M) just for a minor update! this is a disastrous
situation!! I really can't continue to use Fedora if this problem don't
solved.
