These should be easy to find out but they don't seem to be:
What X driver does my system use? If as I suspect it's for intel/Haskel, is it set to use sna or uxa acceleration?
Hardware is:
4 core
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz
Fedora-26 with all updates
Kernel 4.11.12-200.fc25.x86_64
KDE Frameworks 5.36.0
