I may go back and give it another go at some point.....after you > test it? :-) Finally noticed the white on white session dialog and tried wayland plasma. 1st time crashed on the way in, never saw the desktop. 2nd time got to the desktop, but mouse moving slowly. The system load widget shows all core running 100% often. Notification pop ups have truncated text. Konsole cursor is drawn about 10 chars right of where it should be. My Qt based editor seemed to be seeing lots of chars repeated. So "abc" comes out as "aaaaaaabc". I have a GeForce GTX 1060 6GB and used the nouveau driver.
