One would think....   Although yesterday someone was having trouble with blender
after upgrade.  It failed for him, but not for me.  It even worked for me using the
version of beignet that he had to update to the next version to fix the issue.  So,
sometimes things are not straight forward as they fail for some and not for others.

Bearing that in mind, I would also run dnf update to make sure you're running the
latest and supposedly greatest.  :-)

Does "ldd -v /opt/viber/Viber

Show any abnormalities like undefined symbols?
