I do with Xfce/xscreensaver. It can be annoying, but I had written it off to using synergy to share my desktop's mouse and keyboard with my laptop off to the side. I assumed the screensaver was being triggered by the lack of activity on the laptop. Perhaps that was wrong. I do know that if either screen is blank, hitting a key on the laptop OR the desktop wakes up both displays. Again, I wrote this off to synergy. > Is this something with xscreensaver or is the timer reset somewhere > else? Uhm, perhaps something else is consuming the mouse moves/keyboard activity before the screensaver sees it. Smells more like a dbus issue to me, but I could be wrong. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - Rick Stevens, Systems Engineer, AllDigital ricks@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx - - AIM/Skype: therps2 ICQ: 226437340 Yahoo: origrps2 - - - - If it's stupid and it works...it ain't stupid! - ---------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ users mailing list -- users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to users-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
