OK....

As I mentioned in a later post, to get back to enforcing you may need to
run...

 ausearch -c 'systemd' --raw | audit2allow -M my-systemd
 semodule -X 300 -i my-systemd.pp

twice since you first get the unlink AVC and not get the open AVC until
you generate the local policy to fix it.

At least you have it working and you know where the issue was.

No idea.  I works for me.  I am using chrome and no proxy....
