Try rebuilding the initrd, and including btrfs:

dracut --add-drivers btrfs --force

If that resolves your problem, you might (I'm unsure) need to add a file to /etc/dracut.conf.d/ specifying the following in order to ensure that future initrds also include the driver:

add_drivers+="btrfs"
