Default Fedora kernels include the driver as a module, "pcspkr.ko.xz", so you'd need to modprobe it in. What you'd do with it, I have no idea. It's useful when the BIOS pukes during self test mode, but I have no use for it beyond that. Most of the ones I've seen recently aren't even speakers anymore, but piezoelectric buzzers.
