Their MX records show.... ovirt.org mail is handled by 20 mx2.osci.io. ovirt.org mail is handled by 10 lists.phx.ovirt.org. ovirt.org mail is handled by 20 mx1.osci.io. So one would think mail could be sent.....but yeah, maybe it won't reach them if the ultimate destination is on a server that is down. :-( Good luck on IRC.
